Among the various beach destinations in the country, Boracay remains the most iconic and visited summer spot. However, there’s more to the “island that never sleeps” than its white sand beaches and bustling nightlife. Boracay, too, is a culinary melting pot of Visayan flavors and cuisines worth exploring.
But, even the most adventurous of travelers won’t have enough time to scour through every single hole-in-the-wall Boracay has to offer.
Instead, Grab Philippines is offering another, more efficient way of going about your island food crawl. With Grab Dine Out, travelers exploring Boracay’s culinary gems can get up to 20 percent off their bill.

“We are providing Boracay’s restaurants and food businesses with the tools they need to scale. We’re giving them access to a digital platform that allows them to reach more customers, attract foot traffic, and grow their business sustainably,” shares Grab Philippines Vice President for cities CJ Lacsican.
“Grab Dine Out changes the way people explore Boracay,” she adds. “Instead of random searches or guesswork, visitors get curated, trusted recommendations—local restaurants with real stories, real flavors, and real value.”
With a massive tourist destination such as Boracay, it becomes especially easy as an unfamiliar traveler to piggyback on the usual, mainstream spots. Through Grab Dine Out, smaller businesses have an opportunity to overcome the tourist bias and gain a fair chance for exposure.
Accessible directly through the Grab app, Dine Out is live across select dining establishments in Boracay. As of writing, these include Cathy’s Bistro, Jeepney Stop, Totally Bananas, Kasbar, The Black Attic, La-Ud, Kelana, and Muchos—43 partner restaurants in total, with more being added each week.
“Generally, Grab helped Boracay a lot. Especially now that the low season is approaching—it’s habagat na. But still, we have offers like these. It’s the best choice for both locals and tourists,” says RG Arque, operations manager at The Black Attic.
Patrick Florencio of Muchos echoes this sentiment. “A lot of us started coming here as tourists who just want to enjoy the island. This partnership is tourist-first—giving them the best experience they can get in Boracay. There’s already a lot of stuff to do, a lot of places to eat, but I think Grab just adds to the whole experience.”
On the other side of the coin, Pinoy Big Brother standout and rising star Emilio Daez shares his two cents on the benefits of Dine Out:
“Talagang aabangan ko ’yong mga merchants and deals on the Grab Dine Out feature. For me, it helps me save money and explore lesser-known local businesses that are unable to feature themselves on a larger scale. It’s a wonderful platform where creators and tourists like me can find them more easily.”
If you’re already seated at a Grab Dine Out partner restaurant, just open the Grab app, tap the Dine Out tab, select the venue, input your bill, and instantly enjoy savings of up to 20 percent. You can also purchase Dine Out discounted vouchers before your meal if you’re the type to plan ahead.
Apart from Boracay, Grab Dine Out is also available in Metro Manila.
